OPA MEMBER ASSOCIATOINS

Membership of the Organisation is open to professional bodies qualifying under clause 16.6 of the OPA Constitution, which is as follows

16.6

Profession means a vocation in with a professional knowledge of some department of learning and training in a particular occupational discipline leading to university degree or equivalent qualification or recognition, which is an entitlement to the practice of that discipline, is used in its application to the affairs of others, or in the practice of discipline, is used in its application to the affairs of others, or in the practice of an art or science founded upon it

Members of the Professional body concerned should also satisfy Clause 16.5, which is as follows.

16.5

A “Professional” means one who has undergone learning and training in a particular vocational discipline leading to a University Degree, or an equivalent qualification or recognition which entitles him to practice that discipline
